The Rooted & Resonant Series is the complete recalibration — hands-on therapy, nervous system work, intelligent movement, and lifestyle integration designed to bring every system of your body back into harmony.
It’s the highest level of care for women who are done piecing it all together on their own.


Each series begins with a Comprehensive Initial Evaluation, where we take time — usually 90–120 minutes — to explore the full story behind your symptoms. Together, we’ll uncover how your body’s systems (muscular, fascial, lymphatic, neural, gastrointestinal, etc.) are interacting with your lifestyle and environment, and where imbalance is keeping you from ease.
From there, your care plan is customized. Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
Holistic Physical Therapy — advanced manual therapy including trigger point work & myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, lymphatic strategies, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic movement to address the root of pain and restore optimal function.
Pilates-Based Movement — precision exercises performed on a reformer or a mat that rebuild stability, flexibility, and connection through intelligent movement patterns.
Holistic Wellness Coaching — guidance grounded in Lifestyle & Functional Medicine around regulating stress, improving sleep, supporting gut health & lymphatic flow, and creating daily rhythms that sustain your healing.
Each session builds on the last, integrating body and nervous system regulation to create balance that lasts — not just relief in the moment.
The Reconnection Package is perfect for those with focused goals or who desire short-term support for pain relief, mobility, and nervous system recalibration.
This package includes:
One Comprehensive Initial Evaluation of movement, posture, lifestyle, and nervous system response (90-120 min)
Five Integrative Follow-up Sessions of individualized treatment: Therapeutic manual therapy, bodywork, dry needling, Pilates-based movement practices are a few example of what these sessions may include. (75-90 min)

The Restoration Package is designed to be completed over the course of 4 months.

I created Modern Physio to give women the kind of care I wished I had, care that sees the whole person, not just the symptoms.
With more than 20 years in the health and wellness field, including 17 as a licensed physical therapist and a decade as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, I bring a mix of experience and empathy to every session. My training in Pilates, manual therapy, functional medicine, and nervous system regulation helps me look beyond what hurts to uncover why it’s happening.

With nearly 20 years of experience in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation, I’ve developed a holistic approach to physical therapy that values the whole body as the healing tool.
I bridge science with intuition by blending my clinical expertise and the intelligent movement of Pilates, manual therapies, cupping, dry needling, and other methods to get you back to your best self.
I help women reconnect with their bodies through intentional, informed care so they can move with confidence, strength, and ease again.
The Modern Physio is located in Grandview Heights, near downtown inside Modo Yoga Columbus. I work with women from across central Ohio, including Upper Arlington, Dublin, Hilliard, and Worthington.
Modern Physio is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. I don’t work with or communicate directly with insurance companies, which allows me to provide longer, more personalized sessions without billing restrictions. Payment is collected at the time of service, and HSA or FSA funds are accepted.
Wear something that allows you to move freely. Leggings, yoga pants or other athletic wear are perfect. If you're being seen for any lower extremity (hip, knee, foot/ankle) issue, wear or bring shorts for your first session.
You have options! I'd be happy to create a bespoke package just for you, but many clients continue care through the Momentum Membership, designed for maintenance and continued progress after your initial package.
