I’m Erin Collins, MSPT, founder of The Modern Physio, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping women rediscover confidence in their movement.

As an orthopedic specialist and Pilates-trained physical therapist, I use science and mindfulness to create sessions that go beyond exercise to restore balance, build strength, and help you reconnect with your body in a way that is safe and empowering.

Erin Collins, PT, MSPT

I created Modern Physio to give women the kind of care I wished I had, care that sees the whole person, not just the symptoms.

With more than 20 years in the health and wellness field, including 17 as a licensed physical therapist and a decade as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, I bring a mix of experience and empathy to every session. My training in Pilates, manual therapy, functional medicine, and nervous system regulation helps me look beyond what hurts to uncover why it’s happening.
