With nearly two decades of experience, I combine the science of physical therapy with the art of Pilates and other modalities to help women restore strength, mobility, and trust in their bodies.

I created Modern Physio to give women the kind of care I wished I had, care that sees the whole person, not just the symptoms.

With more than 20 years in the health and wellness field, including 17 as a licensed physical therapist and a decade as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, I bring a mix of experience and empathy to every session. My training in Pilates, manual therapy, functional medicine, and nervous system regulation helps me look beyond what hurts to uncover why it’s happening.
